Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range is $98,000.00 to $172,000.00 for a 40-hour week, with additional performance-based bonuses. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), stock purchase plan, paid time off, and more. Walmart also offers educational benefits through the Live Better U program.
