What You'll Do

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to uncover data insights and drive business outcomes.

• Define, design, and implement metrics and tools for business insights.
• Analyze business systems and processes to source relevant data.
• Write queries, analyze data patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Apply statistical techniques, A/B testing, causal analysis, and regression analysis.
• Generate graphical data representations and model outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable projects and tasks.

Minimum Education and Experience

Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with 1 year experience; OR Bachelor’s with 3 years experience.

Skills Required

• Python for data analysis and EDA.
• SQL for data cleaning and manipulation.
• Data Visualization using Tableau, Superset, and Python.
• Github and Version Control skills.
• Data modeling and statistical techniques.
• Text Classification and Language Modeling with Python and Pytorch.
• Project management and technical presentation experience.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $144,075/year to $234,000/year, plus performance incentives, RPZ, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.
