Janitorial Associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store, from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Hourly Wage & Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15 to $28 per hour, or more if required by the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on factors like schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
