As a Food/Consumables Team Supervisor at Walmart, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and customer-focused shopping experience. This full-time role emphasizes both excellent customer service and creative merchandising.
Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
Compensation and Benefits
Walmart offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $19 to $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
