Job Overview

The Food Consumables Team Associate at Walmart focuses on customer care and creative merchandising. Associates are responsible for moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and setting up seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Compensation and Premiums

Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
