The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

As a Food and Consumables Team Associate, you will be primarily focused on two key areas: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. Your responsibilities will include efficiently moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating attractive seasonal display features that resonate with customer preferences and demand.
