About the Position

Walmart is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models. You will work on a large-scale recommender system serving millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and next best action framework.
  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Utilize Spark MLlib, Hive/SQL, Python, and PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git, AirFlow, and Crontab.
  • Leverage cloud platforms like GCP and AWS for model deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant experience in analytics. Graduate coursework, research, or professional experience is acceptable.
