Job Summary

The Sr. Analyst - Video Specialist – Claims Services is responsible for coordinating the retrieval, quality review, and upload of incident and claim-related video evidence into the Walmart Evidence Repository (WER). The role ensures evidence readiness, operational rigor, compliance with governance standards, and supports modernization efforts through structured feedback on AI-assisted video review outputs to enhance claims decision-making.

About the Team

The Claims Center of Excellence (CoE) team supports Walmart Claims Services by managing video evidence operations, ensuring compliance with evidence handling standards, reducing spoliation risk, and driving continuous improvement across video workflows. The team partners closely with Claims Operations, Product, and Technology to enable efficient, audit-ready, and high-quality claims processing.

What You’ll Do

  • Retrieve, review, and upload incident and claim video evidence into WER in line with defined SOPs and SLAs.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure completeness, relevance, and usability of video evidence while monitoring for gaps and initiating timely follow-ups.
  • Act as first point of escalation for stakeholders and lead resolution of evidence-related issues, including re-requests and exceptions.
  • Review AI-generated video analysis outputs and provide structured feedback to improve automation accuracy and reliability.
  • Track volumes, aging, and exceptions; support reporting, audit readiness, and continuous process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • 5–7 years of experience in claims support, document processing, back-office operations, or similar transactional environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality control, compliance standards, and SLA-driven operational processes.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments with the ability to manage stakeholder escalations.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted tools, video review workflows, or evidence management systems preferred.
