About the Role
Walmart Global Tech India is seeking a Director of Technology Strategy to lead the identification, definition, and development of internal platforms and technology-enabled solutions. This role will shape product vision, define capability priorities, and guide execution through strong collaboration with technical teams. You will also drive initiatives that strengthen enterprise capabilities by evolving the organization’s learning ecosystem and capability development programs, advancing digital learning platforms and supporting the development of learning content. Furthermore, you will lead strategic initiatives originating from the Chennai centre that contribute to enterprise priorities and long-term capability development, driving initiatives from concept through execution.
What You'll Do
- Build and Scale Strategic Platforms and Internal Tools: Lead the identification, definition, and development of internal platforms and technology-enabled solutions that support enterprise priorities and enable organizational capabilities.
- Lead Enterprise Capability and Learning Ecosystems: Drive initiatives that strengthen enterprise capabilities by evolving the organization’s learning ecosystem and capability development programs.
- Incubate and Deliver Enterprise Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives originating from the Chennai centre that contribute to enterprise priorities and long-term capability development.
