Job Description
Position Summary
The Overnight Maintenance Team Associate at Walmart Canada participates in a structured maintenance cleaning program, diligently controlling expenses to maintain a clean and safe shopping and working environment.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with associates on a comprehensive cleaning regimen.
- Comply with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Execute timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display fixtures, maintaining hygiene.
- Assist in the inspection of all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and sufficient supply availability.
- Promote a safe working environment by completing required in-store certification programs and adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
- When required, clean floors following a system of mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and maintaining carpets, encompassing all non-sales floor areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be 18 years or older to qualify for this position.
