• Optimize tote fill while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities while supporting customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards and maintain a clean workspace.
• Operate material handling equipment safely with pre-inspection checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including operational procedures and productivity standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.
