Hedge Fund Mentor at Wall Street Oasis
Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program and is looking for outstanding professionals to join its mentor roster. Become part of an elite network supporting students and young professionals preparing for high-stakes careers in finance.
What You’ll Do
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized mock interviews, resume critiques, and career guidance for students targeting hedge fund roles.
- Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small-group prep sessions on hedge fund recruiting cycles, public-markets interviews, and case-style discussions.
- Mentor With Purpose: Share real-world insight from hedge fund investing and provide high-quality, candid feedback to help mentees think like investors.
Who We’re Looking For
- Professionals with experience in Hedge Funds, Public Markets Investing, or Buy-Side roles.
- Current or former HF Analysts, Senior Analysts, PMs, or IB / Equity Research professionals with meaningful public-markets or stock-picking experience.
- Strong communicators who enjoy advising and developing early-career talent interested in hedge funds and investing careers.
- Consistent, detail-oriented mentors who can give clear, actionable feedback on investment thinking, pitches, and decision-making.
