Equity Research Mentor
Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is seeking experienced professionals for its Mentorship Program. Join over 3,000 mentors and impact over 1 million students globally. Top mentors can earn $50K–$100K+/year, with potential for $3K in a single week as a head mentor.
What You’ll Do
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Guide students targeting Equity Research roles (sell-side or buy-side).
- Recruiting Insight: Share perspective on navigating ER interviews, stock pitch rounds, and modeling assessments.
- Technical Preparation: Provide feedback on financial models, valuation work, and earnings analysis.
- Research & Thesis Development: Help mentees structure investment theses and write high-quality stock pitches.
Who We’re Looking For
- Professionals with experience in Equity Research (Sell-Side or Buy-Side).
- Current or former Research Analysts, Associates, or VPs.
- Strong background in valuation, financial modeling, and earnings analysis.
- Clear communicators who can teach structured thinking.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in providing actionable feedback.
