What You'll Be Doing as a QA Engineer
- Design, plan, and analyze QA tests and test plans specifically for web applications.
- Work in close collaboration with development teams, integrating seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
- Investigate product quality issues rigorously to maintain and uphold our high-quality standards.
- Partner with Product and other cross-functional teams to manage documentation and ensure the timely release of products.
- Conduct thorough reviews of final product functionality before each release.
- Efficiently handle software updates, patches, and bug fixes.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in manual testing of complex web applications across various platforms, particularly for customer-facing products.
- Hands-on experience writing automated tests in Testim.io – a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in testing APIs, utilizing tools like Postman.
- Familiarity with established QA methodologies and the ability to write clear test documentation.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
- A solid understanding of network principles and the client-server model.
- Experience with browser DevTools (Console, Network).
- Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
- Experience working with databases, including SQL and MongoDB.
- Strong attention to detail, balanced with an understanding of the broader product vision.
- Ability to work both effectively within a team and independently.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
