What You'll Be Doing as a QA Engineer

  • Design, plan, and analyze QA tests and test plans specifically for web applications.
  • Work in close collaboration with development teams, integrating seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
  • Investigate product quality issues rigorously to maintain and uphold our high-quality standards.
  • Partner with Product and other cross-functional teams to manage documentation and ensure the timely release of products.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of final product functionality before each release.
  • Efficiently handle software updates, patches, and bug fixes.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in manual testing of complex web applications across various platforms, particularly for customer-facing products.
  • Hands-on experience writing automated tests in Testim.io – a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in testing APIs, utilizing tools like Postman.
  • Familiarity with established QA methodologies and the ability to write clear test documentation.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
  • A solid understanding of network principles and the client-server model.
  • Experience with browser DevTools (Console, Network).
  • Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
  • Experience working with databases, including SQL and MongoDB.
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with an understanding of the broader product vision.
  • Ability to work both effectively within a team and independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
