Product Manager, Product-Led Growth at WalkMe

WalkMe is looking for a Product Manager to join our WalkMe Learning Arc product team. We’re seeking someone with deep expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) who can drive this strategic initiative, empowering users to learn, grow, and maximize value.

What will you actually be doing?

  • Own and shape the PLG strategy for the product from vision to execution.
  • Analyze user behavior, define activation and retention funnels, and lead experiments that drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with BI, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, and GTM teams to create engaging, impactful user experiences.
  • Define KPIs and leverage insights to continuously optimize engagement, adoption, and product value.

What should you bring to the table?

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in PLG or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Experience working with product analytics tools.
  • A customer-centric approach and a love for the user experience.
  • Proven ability to design and run data-informed experiments that improve user engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global agile environment.
  • Native English speaker.
