What You'll Own

  • Deliver consulting, implementation, and enablement services through best practices and tailored solution designs.
  • Lead strategic projects that align product capabilities with customer business outcomes.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of WalkMe products and platform features.
  • Proactively identify customer risks and implement solutions for measurable outcomes.
  • Create scalable resources such as documentation and training playbooks.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing or strategic enablement role.
  • Experience in consulting, solution implementation, and customer enablement.
  • Basic proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, integrations, and data workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
