Overview

Essential Functions

  • Maintain calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare agendas and take meeting notes

  • Track, order, and manage office materials and supplies
  • Arrange travel logistics including reservations
  • Create expense reports and process invoices using Workday
  • Maintain an inventory of relevant supplies

Other Responsibilities

Perform other job-related duties as assigned, supporting the day-to-day activities of various units.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum three years)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
