Role Overview

The Digital Communications Specialist at W. R. Grace will manage, enhance, and optimize our corporate websites and intranet. Based in Manila, Philippines, this role involves content management using platforms like Adobe Experience Manager and Staffbase, along with managing email campaigns and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, publish, and maintain web content via Adobe Experience Manager and Staffbase.
• Personalize user experiences using Adobe Target and support campaign pages.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cookie, and accessibility compliance.
• Set up, test, and send mass emails via Pardot and Outlook.
• Track and measure website performance using SEO tactics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years experience in corporate web platforms, HTML/CSS, and digital marketing platforms. Must be detail oriented with excellent written and communication skills and capable of translating data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager in a content authoring role.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, GTmetrix, SEMRush, and Adobe Certified Expert credentials.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
