About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our Peripheral Vascular Medical Devices Team in the Southeast of England. This role focuses on developing business opportunities and maximizing profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers.

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home within the Southeast of England.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the sales of Gore’s high quality, innovative Peripheral Interventional and Peripheral Vascular medical device products portfolio.
  • Manage and grow the current business within the territory, as well as actively acquire and develop new customers to maximize profitable sales.
  • Analyze and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines.
  • Deal with a range of contact points within public and private hospital administrations and their purchasing departments.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, attend surgical procedures, provide clinical product training, conduct product presentations, partner with educational centres of excellence, and manage your own investment budgets.
  • Attend international and regional congresses and implement local sales promotion activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Ideally, a Degree in Biomedical Engineering/Science or professional work experience in a comparable job is preferred; we welcome both early career and experienced applicants.
  • Passionate about medical device sales.
  • Strong commercial skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent relationship builder.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and drive the business to success.
  • Natural team-playing qualities.
  • Flexible work ethic, reacting to customer requirements.
  • Ability to undertake travel in the UK and Ireland and internationally to sales meetings, conferences, and trainings.

This position offers a remote work arrangement from the country of employment. Eligibility depends on role responsibilities and business needs, requiring compliance with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
