Your Opportunity

As a Product Manager Clinical Data Acquisition & EMR Integration at Vytalize Health, you'll be a vital part of the Product Management team. Your role involves strategic development of data integration solutions for claims and clinical data, ensuring seamless data flow from various sources.

What You Will Do

  • Requirements Gathering: Understand ACO objectives and regulatory requirements, create requirements, data maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining planned enhancements and updates.
  • Data Integration: Lead design, build and maintenance of data integration solutions for clinical practices, payers, and healthcare entities.
  • Interoperability: Establish standards and protocols for effective data exchange across healthcare systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align data sharing needs.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on HIPAA and CMS regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Real-Time Data Updates: Lead efforts for up-to-date clinical data for decision support.
  • Analytics Integration: Collaborate with analytics teams to support reporting and quality measurement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish monitoring to track data integration efficiency.
  • Vendor and Partner Relationships: Work with technology vendors and partners for seamless data exchange.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

What Will Make You Successful Here

You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in Product Management in healthcare data, experience with claims and clinical data, API integrations, Agile methodology, FHIR, HL7 Messaging, and a strong understanding of value-based care. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are essential.
