What You’ll Do

As a GenAi Engineer at Vyntelligence, you will:

• Build and maintain production-ready LLM applications with modern orchestration frameworks.
• Develop and optimize inference pipelines for accuracy and reliability.
• Implement systematic evaluation workflows using automated tools and human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Support RAG or retrieval-based features using vector databases and document-processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define use cases and deliver AI features.
• Mentor technical and non-technical stakeholders on Gen AI capabilities and responsible adoption.

What You’ll Need

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related technical field.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AgnosAI.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval optimization tools.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation tools (DeepEval, Langfuse) for assessing model performance.
• An understanding of responsible AI principles with practical experience in bias detection and model transparency.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical AI concepts to diverse audiences.
