Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting Vuori’s Merchandise Planning function across E-Commerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels. As the subject matter expert in reporting, you will drive system adoption and efficiency through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll get to do:

• Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Serve as the primary MicroStrategy reporting expert by building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and ad hoc reports.
• Document end-to-end planning processes ensuring scalable usage across teams.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence business partner decisions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Monitor market trends relevant to the fitness & apparel industry.
• Manage additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a business analyst or operations support role, preferably in planning or merchandising.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MicroStrategy (or similar BI/reporting tool).
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms is strongly preferred.
• Skilled in gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and managing testing efforts.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, accurate data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business language.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $103,000 per year.
