Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst supports Vuori’s Merchandise Planning function across E-Commerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels. Acting as the subject matter expert in reporting, this role drives system evolution by improving processes, building dashboards, and collaborating cross-functionally.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Liaise between end users and technical teams to translate business needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance MicroStrategy dashboards and reports.
  • Document end-to-end planning processes for scalable system usage.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends relevant to the fitness and apparel industry.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a business analyst/operations support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and MicroStrategy (or similar BI/reporting tool).
  • Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Capable of gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and managing testing efforts.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
