Job Description
The Business Operations Analyst supports Vuori’s Merchandise Planning function across E-Commerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels. Acting as the subject matter expert in reporting, this role drives system evolution by improving processes, building dashboards, and collaborating cross-functionally.
What You'll Get To Do
- Liaise between end users and technical teams to translate business needs.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance MicroStrategy dashboards and reports.
- Document end-to-end planning processes for scalable system usage.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Monitor market trends relevant to the fitness and apparel industry.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a business analyst/operations support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MicroStrategy (or similar BI/reporting tool).
- Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms is strongly preferred.
- Capable of gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and managing testing efforts.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
