Job Description: Civil Engineer - Land Development

We are seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development to work on diverse projects across both public and private sectors. The role focuses on site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and architects in projects such as mixed-use developments, government facilities, and data centers.

Responsibilities

  • Work on diverse projects for both public and private sectors.
  • Participate in land development design projects including site planning and stormwater management.
  • Contribute to mixed-use, transit-oriented, government, residential and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of civil engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
  • Experience with land development design for public and private sectors.
  • EIT or PE certification is a plus.
  • Local experience required; work on-site mandatory. No sponsorship or visa transitions.
