Human Resources Assistant

The HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, documentation, and HR data management. This remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle HR documentation such as offer letters and contracts.
• Assist with payroll data, attendance, and employee benefits coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
