About VSL Media
VSL Media, a creative collective of over 10 passionate freelancers, is seeking a full-time Video Cutter (m/w/d). We're looking for someone who doesn't just string frames together, but makes stories tangible. Whether it's dynamic social media content, emotional image films, or rhythmically cut commercials – with us, you won't find rigid processes, but rather creative freedom, genuine teamwork, and projects that leave an impression.
Your Workplace
Your primary workplace will be our office in Würzburg. At the same time, we offer you the opportunity to work remotely from home – for maximum flexibility while maintaining excellent collaboration.
Responsibilities of a Video Cutter
- Cutting & post-production of (primarily) Reels & Ads – fast, dynamic, platform-appropriate.
- Designing & implementing creative ideas – from the first draft to the final export.
- Thinking proactively, not just participating – we are looking for creative minds.
- Optional: Project management & responsibility – if you are eager to grow beyond editing and independently manage projects.
Qualifications
- You should have cutting experience in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- You have already completed projects in the area of Reels & Ads.
- You are creative and think proactively.
- You are familiar with social media and up-to-date on trends.
