About the Role
VR Payment, one of Germany's leading payment providers and the sole full-service provider in the cooperative financial group, seeks an experienced IAM Specialist. In this role, you will be an operations expert responsible for designing, implementing, and operating Identity & Access Management solutions on the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM strategies with SailPoint ISC
- Analyze and optimize existing IAM processes and policies
- Manage API integrations between SailPoint ISC and other applications
- Convert application-specific permission concepts to SailPoint ISC syntax
- Provide technical support including maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Support integration of new applications and enforce SoD policies
- Develop and adjust workflows and forms within SailPoint ISC using Java and Postman JSON
Your Profile
- Degree or comparable qualification with >3 years relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management and SailPoint ISC
- Proficient in Java, Postman JSON, and API interfaces
- Experience in transforming permission concepts and managing SoD
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
- Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills
- Very good German and English language skills
