About the Summer 2026 Technology Intern Opportunity

This paid internship offers students enrolled in an accredited program a unique chance to gain hands-on experience within a real-world, high-tech environment at Voya Financial.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, a strong eagerness to learn, and comfort working collaboratively in an environment that encourages open feedback for optimal outcomes.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• Be detail-oriented with solid analytical capabilities, able to offer unique and relevant insights.

Compensation and Benefits at Voya Financial

Voya is dedicated to fair and equitable pay, ensuring comparable compensation for comparable roles and responsibilities. The expected hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. USD. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
