The system answers patient calls, schedules appointments, and sends confirmations automatically — reducing missed calls and improving clinic efficiency during high call volumes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a commission-based Sales Partner to help expand VoxCare AI’s presence among clinics and healthcare practices (primarily US, AU, and UK markets). You will focus on lead generation, outreach, and booking qualified demo calls with decision-makers such as clinic owners or practice managers. The founder will handle product demos and closing discussions. This role is ideal for freelance SDRs, healthcare sales professionals, or B2B SaaS sales partners who prefer performance-based earnings and want to work with a growing AI healthcare startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to clinics, medical practices, and healthcare providers
  • Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, or phone
  • Qualify interested prospects and schedule demo calls
  • Maintain a simple CRM or spreadsheet to track lead status
  • Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging and targeting

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or healthcare-related sales is preferred
  • Strong professional English communication (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead qualification
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US/AU time zones

Compensation (Commission-Based)

This is a performance-based role with no fixed salary. Compensation will be provided based on:

  • Qualified clinic leads generated
  • Successful demo calls booked
  • Clinics converted into paying customers

Exact commission details will be discussed during the interview based on experience and deal size. High performers will have opportunities for increased commissions and long-term partnership.
