Role: Video Editor
As a Video Editor on the Wizz Growth team, you will be instrumental in creating compelling mobile video ads that capture the attention of Gen Z (18+) and drive app installs. You will become a Gen Z culture expert, benchmarking competitor strategies and staying ahead of TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat trends to translate them into high-performing ads. Experimentation is key, and you'll be encouraged to test new creative formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and visual styles. Leveraging AI tools will be crucial for accelerating creative production and exploring new possibilities. Developing a data-driven creative mindset is essential, as you'll need to understand how your creations perform (CTR, CPI, retention) and iterate based on insights. You will work within a dynamic creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
