Role

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge.   • Providing valuable insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies and future roadmaps.
  • Proposing AB Test and benchmarking the good practices in competitors games.
  • Overseeing the tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Developing dashboards and analysis that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics.
  • Building and maintaining robust data pipelines.
  • Conducting comprehensive product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist in a fast‑paced environment, with strong skills in building production‑ready data pipelines.
  • Master Degree in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics or other quantitative fields.
  • Strong SQL with experience querying large, complex datasets.
  • Experience building production-ready data pipelines.
  • Experience working with Tableau – advantage.
  • Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., dbt) – advantage.
  • High level of analytical and rigorous problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of ownership, builder’s mindset, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Curiosity for games/player behavior and comfort in ambiguity.
