Team
Join the Gaming team consisting of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. The team supports internal and external studios worldwide to create, develop, and launch new hit games while focusing on improving engagement in existing titles.
Role
As the Lead Level Designer for Hole.io, you will be hands-on in designing 3D levels and eventually supervise and mentor a team of level designers. Working with Unity and proprietary tools, you will:
- Collaborate with creative teams to plan level progression and difficulty.
- Design innovative and varied 3D levels using Unity.
- Scale and manage a small team of level designers.
- Define level design guidelines and tooling specifications.
- Maintain documentation and iterate on level design using player feedback.
Profile
Applicants should have at least 5 years of proven Level Design experience for 3D games with strong Unity knowledge and a deep understanding of game design principles in the casual genre. Experience or interest in team leadership and data-driven level balancing is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Knowledge in designing open-world, outdoors 3D environments, prior team mentorship experience, or a degree in game design, computer science or a related field.
