Role
We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Game Designer who is deeply passionate about casual games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline
- Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components
- Own game balancing, pace, feel
- Always back up your ideas with available data points
- Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile games mechanics
- Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, Game Design, logic, performance, etc.
- Fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel
- Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends
- Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior
- Proficiency in Unity a huge plus
- Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software
- Able to create a playable prototype individually as well as within a team
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer in casual mobile games
- Experience in team coordination
- Good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to details
- Deep collaboration mindset, including excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive mindset towards receiving, acting on, and giving feedback
- Accountability, independence, and responsibility when given ownership over your work
- Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
