Team

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio focused on developing promising game concepts. This studio's goal is to evolve high-potential prototypes into market-ready titles. We are seeking a creative and skilled Concept Artist to join our Casual games team for the 'This is Blast' project on iOS and Android. This project has already shown significant promise with its core mechanics and engaging gameplay. You will help define the game’s visual identity by creating compelling designs for characters, environments, props, and UI concepts. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile games, understands stylized visual languages, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Role

  • Create engaging concept art for characters, environments, props, and UI elements, aligning with the game's style and tone.
  • Translate gameplay ideas and feature briefs into visually exciting and usable designs.
  • Produce moodboards, thumbnails, detailed sketches, and polished final concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Game Designers, and 3D Artists to ensure visual consistency.
  • Support the 3D pipeline with detailed callouts and visual references.
  • Contribute fresh visual ideas for seasonal events and live content.
  • Iterate quickly and efficiently based on team feedback and A/B test results.

Profile

  • Experienced in stylized visual development for mobile games or animation (4+ years).
  • Skilled in both character and environment concepting, with strong shape language and visual clarity.
  • Proficient in digital illustration tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar.
  • Comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback and adapting to a game's evolving style.
  • Familiar with the production needs of mobile games (readability, scale, performance).
  • A team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration with designers, artists, and developers.
  • Excited about building delightful visual experiences that reach millions of players.
