Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager - Fraud is responsible for developing fraud and compliance solutions that protect Vonage customers and end users from sophisticated fraud schemes. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and business owners to design and implement software-driven fraud detection and prevention measures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the fraud protection roadmap for customer-facing and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to deliver anti-fraud solutions across voice and messaging channels.
  • Research emerging threats and propose countermeasures for fraud tactics.
  • Manage product backlogs, user stories, and requirements for fraud engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Agile development and product management experience.
  • Expertise in data protection, compliance, and fraud analytics.
  • Minimum 3 years managing products in highly regulated industries.
  • Experience in telecom, cloud, or finance industries is preferred.

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in telecoms or finance fraud management.
  • Understanding of telecom and web protocols (SIP, SMPP, HTTP, REST APIs).
  • Professional certifications in fraud management, security or compliance.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
