Why This Role Matters

The Director, Account Growth Management at Vonage leads a regionally focused, globally aligned team of Account Growth Managers (AGMs) to drive revenue, margin, and quality performance across strategic messaging accounts. This role is a blend of strategy and coaching, ensuring AGMs have the necessary tools, autonomy, and guidance to manage high-value accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop AGMs fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Oversight: Guide routing and margin strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Enablement & Tools: Collaborate with BI, Product, and other teams to provide essential data and tools.
  • Creative Strategy: Brainstorm growth strategies to capture traffic share and optimize performance.
  • Triad Collaboration: Align with Sales and Customer Success for unified account plans and QBRs.
  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, account health and support AGMs on escalations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Carrier Partnerships, Pricing, and Operations on account challenges.
  • Operational Excellence: Standardize AGM playbooks, processes, and success metrics.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide leadership with performance updates and risk assessments.

A Day in the Life

Start your day reviewing dashboards and account metrics, then hold coaching sessions and strategic meetings with AGMs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine tools and data insights. Conclude with KPI reviews and preparing for upcoming QBRs.
