The Account Growth Manager (AGM) is an individual contributor role focused on driving revenue, margin, and quality performance for 1–3 strategic messaging accounts. The role emphasizes technical routing strategy, margin optimization, and traffic performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership: Manage 1–3 high-value accounts with a focus on routing quality and margin optimization.
  • Revenue & Margin Optimization: Monitor traffic and execute routing strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Custom Routing Solutions: Design and maintain routing configurations that balance quality and cost.
  • Account Intelligence: Analyze data trends to find routing and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the technical and commercial representative for assigned accounts.
  • Triad Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success for cohesive account management.
  • Operational Escalations: Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for routing and quality issues.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Tableau and internal reporting to track account health and performance.
