Role Mission and Context

You will join one of our System Analysis Chapters to build a center of excellence by sharing best practices, standardizing approaches, and encouraging knowledge sharing to help individuals grow. As a Professional Solution Engineer, you will understand and structure business needs to deliver the right IT solutions using a mix of technologies, products, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of identified IT solutions.
  • Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams ensuring solutions work as intended.
  • Ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, quality requirements, and industry standards.
  • Identify and propose enhancements and new features, perform tech watch, and build prototypes.
  • Document and monitor legal, customer experience, and other update requirements.

Required Competencies And Experience

  • Master's degree in IT or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in FR/EN.
  • Proven ability to communicate across different stakeholder levels.
  • Team collaboration and results-driven attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, challenge status quo and mentor peers.
