Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Year of Graduation: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
Key Skills & Knowledge Areas
- Strong fundamentals in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering concepts, good grasp of fluid behaviour/Aerodynamics basics.
- Knowledge of CAE tools such as Ansys, STAR CCM+ or Power Flow (added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support design and development activities within the assigned engineering team
- Assist in preparing and updating CAD models, drawings, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvement initiatives
- Learn and apply Volvo’s engineering standards and procedures
- Participate in technical reviews, data analysis, and report preparation
- Support ongoing engineering and manufacturing operations as part of the learning process
