Role & Responsibility

This role is designed for fresh graduates stepping into the Construction Equipment industry for the first time. The program aims to provide hands-on experience, product knowledge, and exposure to real-time customer interactions while supporting Volvo CE and dealership business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the dealer sales team in day-to-day sales activities and field operations
• Assist in monthly sales forecasting and tracking sales leads
• Gain detailed product knowledge of Volvo construction equipment
• Participate in customer meetings and site visits with senior sales staff
• Learn to build customer relationships and handle basic queries
• Collect market intelligence on competitors and customer needs
• Support execution of local marketing initiatives and promotions
• Work with product support teams to understand aftermarket services
• Capture learnings and insights from field visits for reporting and training

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments
• Team player with proactive approach
• Basic understanding of construction equipment applications

Educational Qualification

Graduate Degree in:

• Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile) OR
• Business Management (Marketing / Sales)
