Graduate Apprentice Trainee Sales

Role & Responsibility
This role is designed for fresh graduates stepping into the Construction Equipment industry for the first time. The program aims to provide hands-on experience, product knowledge, and exposure to real-time customer interactions while supporting Volvo CE and dealership business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the dealer sales team in day-to-day sales activities and field operations
- Assist in monthly sales forecasting and tracking sales leads
- Gain detailed product knowledge of Volvo construction equipment
- Participate in customer meetings and site visits with senior sales staff
- Learn to build customer relationships and handle basic queries
- Collect market intelligence on competitors and customer needs
- Support execution of local marketing initiatives and promotions
- Work with product support teams to understand aftermarket services
- Capture learnings and insights from field visits for reporting and training
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Educational Qualification
Graduate Degree in:
- Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile) OR
- Business Management (Marketing / Sales)
