About the Role
Volkswagen Financial Services Australia is seeking a Fleet Administration Officer to support the effective delivery of fleet management services and lease products. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout fleet-related processes.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support for lease products and fleet management services.
- Prepare lease quotes and associated documentation for settlement processes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all quote-related materials.
- Manage vehicle registration processes including renewals and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and process vehicle infringements and nominations.
- Oversee toll account setup and process toll notices.
- Coordinate fuel card setup and distribution.
- Maintain and update customer databases for data integrity.
- Support sales pipeline tracking and reporting activities.
- Assist with client follow-ups and communications.
