Job Overview
VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking a Project Manager with Structures experience for the Sturry Link Road project in Canterbury. This role involves managing the structures elements of a significant infrastructure project, including a 550-metre road and a 250-metre viaduct over the Great Stour River and railway line.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all structures elements of the Sturry Link Road project.
- Produce comprehensive Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets.
- Implement and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
- Maintain high standards of Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
- Lead and deliver major civil engineering structures.
About You
- Technical qualification (e.g., Degree in Civil Engineering or HND).
- Proven technical and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of project requirements and their implementation.
- Ability to create detailed Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets.
- Expertise in Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations.
- Extensive experience in civil engineering, especially major structures.
