Project Manager Estimator Infrastructure

Overview

At Volker Stevin Highways, our Project Manager Estimator Infrastructure roles are integral to every project's success. You will create accurate cost models, schedules, and ensure smooth operations to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cost models and project schedules
• Track project costs and manage procurement and subcontractor activities
• Conduct on-site inspections and monitor progress
• Collaborate with clients, consulting engineers, and field teams
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards

How You’ll Add Value

Report to the Manager of Projects while leading multi-disciplinary teams across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. Your role involves active participation in daily operations, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with estimating experience in heavy civil or transportation infrastructure
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline; PMP certification is an asset
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with InEight, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Bluebeam
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
