The Role

VoiseTech is hiring entry-level Monitoring Engineers to be the first line of defence for our programmatic advertising infrastructure. You will track platform health, monitor auction performance and fill rates, investigate data anomalies, and escalate issues to the engineering team ensuring campaigns run reliably around the clock. This is a strong launchpad for a career in adtech engineering or cloud operations.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor real-time dashboards for platform health, latency, and auction performance
  • Identify and triage anomalies in fill rates, bid data, and delivery metrics
  • Raise and document incidents clearly, escalating to engineering when needed
  • Run SQL queries to investigate data discrepancies and operational issues
  • Use AI tools to automate routine monitoring tasks and generate operational reports

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong SQL skills — queries, joins, aggregations for data investigation
  • Comfort with AI and prompt engineering tools for task automation
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript is preferred

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline. Final year (8th semester) students are eligible. No active backlogs in engineering. 10th and 12th marks are not a selection criterion, skills and attitude take priority.
