Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer at VOIS is responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of our application portfolio, toolset, and platform while driving improvements and automating processes on Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure environment stability, security, and performance with SLO and CI/CD enforcement.
  • Create and enhance delivery and stability tooling across multiple environments.
  • Monitor production 24/7 and control service availability.
  • Detect and troubleshoot problems in production with 1st and 2nd tier support.
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud (Azure) and serverless architecture.
  • Experience with Infrastructure As Code tools like Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, NewRelic, Signalfx, CloudWatch, DataDog, and PagerDuty.
