About This Role
The JIRA & Confluence DevOps Administrator supports an enterprise-wide agile transformation by administering JIRA and Confluence. This role collaborates with product teams to automate environments, implement continuous integration and delivery, and enhance reporting through EasyBI and JIRA Portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Set up and administer JIRA and Confluence ensuring optimal performance.
- Advise on upgrades, plugin analysis and installation for tool health.
- Support stakeholder engagement and facilitate the JIRA/Confluence Community of Practice.
- Collaborate with portfolio and agile release teams to enhance workflows.
- Develop EasyBI dashboards and reporting functionalities.
- Drive Agile Change Management and implement feedback mechanisms.
- Define best practices for uniform templates and approaches.
- Recommend and review plugins to enhance functionality.
- Leverage ScriptRunner and automation rules to streamline processes.
Who You Are
- Experienced in JIRA and Confluence administration and configuration.
- Skilled in managing upgrades, plugin installations, and system performance.
- Capable of customising JIRA projects for multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiar with JIRA Portfolio, EasyBI, and automation tools like ScriptRunner.
- Technically proficient with tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker and WhiteSource.
- Strong communicator with excellent English proficiency.
- Atlassian certification is desirable.
