About the role
About This Role
As a Business Analyst, you will help shape and deliver change by translating business needs into clear, structured requirements, insights and actionable recommendations. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to define problems, improve customer and colleague experiences, optimise processes, and support the design and implementation of effective solutions. You are accountable for supporting end-to-end change delivery from discovery through implementation, ensuring traceability, measurable outcomes, and successful solution adoption.
What You Will Do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define problem statements and agree on measurable outcomes.
- Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, observation, data analysis).
- Develop and maintain high-quality artefacts (e.g., process flows, BRDs, user stories, use cases and data definitions), ensuring clarity, traceability and readiness for solution design and testing.
- Support solution design by evaluating options, constraints, impacts and dependencies, and providing evidence-based recommendations.
- Define acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes and support testing activities, including UAT planning, test scenario definition, and defect triage.
- Manage requirements traceability and change control, ensuring alignment from discovery through delivery and implementation.
- Support change and adoption activities, including communication inputs, training requirements, and transition to operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and enhance ways of working.
