About the role
About This Role
We are seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to join our Tools Engineering & Operation team within the TSSE Cognitive Centre of Excellence. This role is based in SV and reports to Adham ELSheikh. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and approving robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and operate effectively in production environments. The role demands strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a global, agile setting.What You’ll Do
- Review and approve newly developed automation solutions for production deployment, ensuring compliance with agreed standards.
- Maintain the production environment using incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders as part of daily operations.
- Collaborate within international, distributed teams to deliver automation solutions.
- Influence and liaise across various levels within VOIS and customer organisations.
Who You Are
- Holds a graduation degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Possesses 1–4 years of experience in RPA, preferably using ITIL or similar standards.
- Certified or experienced in UiPath.
- Proficient in at least one programming language.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and influencing across levels.
