About the Role

The AI & Automation Engineer role at VOIS is part of the Tools Engineering & Operation team within the TSSE Cognitive Centre of Excellence. Based in SV, this position reports to Adham ELSheikh and involves reviewing, approving, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to ensure compliance with quality standards and smooth production operation. It requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and proactive problem-solving in a global agile environment.

  • Review and approve automation solutions for production.
  • Maintain production environments using ITIL guided processes.
  • Collaborate with international and distributed teams.
  • Engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Operate within a dynamic, agile setting.

Who You Are

You hold a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, have 1–4 years of experience in RPA (preferably with ITIL familiarity), are certified or skilled in UiPath, and are proficient in at least one programming language. You are fluent in English and exhibit strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
