Role Overview: Senior Data Governance Manager
You will play a pivotal role in managing, protecting, and utilizing data across Vodafone. You will design and deliver a best‑in‑class Data Governance Framework to ensure trusted, high‑quality data is used for better decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Lead a team and a virtual community on multinational programmes.
- Champion the rollout of governance tools and best practices.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive cultural change and improve data maturity.
Who You Are
You have proven experience with Data Governance frameworks in large organizations. You translate strategic goals into actionable plans and build trusted relationships with diverse teams. You are experienced in industry frameworks such as DAMA, COBIT, ISO standards, BCBS‑239, and tools like Collibra, Informatica, or Ab Initio.
